Gift Guide: 8 Creative Ideas for Christmas Presents

Christmas is coming and I can hardly think about anything but what gifts to get for my friends and family. If you feel the same, this post might help you to get some ideas for this year’s Christmas presents, since I try to pick ideas for every budget and for every person. Well.. and if you guys have some more creative ideas, please share – I am excited to hear them!

1. The new favorite sweater

I like to give gifts that can ‚transport a feeling‘, meaning that they are not only a thing, but a things that makes you feel more comfy and more cozy, basically they feel a tiny little bit like home. So what about getting your friend, your Mom or your sister a super cozy sweater for colder days? Maybe an oversized one? By the way, this could even be a present for your Dad or brother!

2. Pretty little understatement jewelry

In my opinion this is another absolutely perfect gift idea, perhaps for your sister, Mum or best friend: giving someone a present that they always wear, such as a delicate little necklace, bracelet or ring? If you wanna make it super personal, you could do that by engraving something!

3. Beautiful stationery stuff

Give what you’d want to receive, right? I’m such a fan of cute stationery stuff: calendars, note books or even cute power banks etc. In America you could buy all of these things at Target, in Germany you have to order them, either at Anthropologie or at Kate Spade (available via Zalando), where you can spot the cutest stationery accessories.

4. Time together part I : a trip

This is probably my favorite gift ever to get for my friends and family: spending time together. And you guys know how much I love to travel. If you feel the same, why not getting someone a trip to their favorite city or maybe one that they don’t know yet. It’ll make the best memories.

5. For colder days: the new favorite blanky

Damn, I am majorly crushing on this blanket and probably I won’t be able to survive winter without it! I always wanted to be a mermaid and this is the cutest blank I’ve ever seen in my whole life. Only problem: choosing a color…

6. Time together part II: a girls day

Talking about time together, this is a little bit more budget-friendly than Nr.4 but just as amazing. Why not taking your friend, sis, brother or parent on a breakfast or brunch date and just spend a great day with them?

7. Pretty stuff for the home

As you know, I’m the biggest interior fan and I also really like to get cute little decor stuff for my friends for Christmas. As I said, giving presents that can transport a feeling is the best you can do. Well… my personal interior gifts are definitely scented candles, can you tell?

8. Gift wrapping ideas

Almost as important as the gift itself, right? I am such a fan of beautiful gift wrapping and every year I buy tons of wrapping paper, Christmas cards, glitter and gift ribbon. My favorites are once again from Anthropologie. So pretty!
