I am saying hi from beautiful and pretty cold Zürich – I have so much love for this city and I try to come here as often as possible. In my opinion Switzerland has so much to offer and Zürich is totally amazing, especially during winter time. Recently I teamed up with Lacoste to show you my favorite things to do here when you are in Zürich for 24 hours. Here they are!
10:00 A.M.: Enjoy the view at the lake! What could be more beautiful than waking up to a view like this? By the way, we had room Nr. 409 at the Eden Au Lac Hotel, which has the cutest balcony with a lake view and of course a detailed hotel review is coming soon!
11:30 A.M.: Go for a little walk through the city: Zürich has a super beautiful architecture and a really nice river, not to forget, a lake. There is so much to discover while strolling around.
01:00 P.M.: Do some Christmas shopping at the Bahnhofstraße, which is so pretty during Christmas time! There are also some nice department stores such as Jelmoli (Seidengasse 1) or Globus (Theaterstraße 12).
04:00 P.M.: Have an afternoon tea at Ladurée with the best Macarons in the world. My favorite place ever. No other words needed.
06:00 P.M.: Pay the Christmas Market at the Bellevue a visit! I have never seen any Christmas market as beautiful as this one: they even have a huge ice rink!
