Hotel Review: Landhaus Severin*s Morsum Kliff Sylt

Actually I had always wanted to travel to Sylt but eventually it was my very first time to visit the island. What shall I say? I had expected it to be a nice island, but kind of overrated. However, this island and this hotel exceeded my expectations by far. Yes, Sylt blew my mind and the Landhaus Severin*s Morsum Kliff turned out to be one of the most beautiful places I have seen so far. I had an unforgettable time with wonderful people but before I start telling you about everything that I loved, I wanted to share some facts about it though… The Landhaus Severin*s Morsum Kliff is located in the east of Sylt, directly on the shore – it is pretty small, with only 13 rooms, a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a nice spa area. For everyone who wants to relax and enjoy Sylt’s nature, it is the ideal place, since one can either go walking, riding bikes or relaxing at the spa.

The rooms: All rooms of the Landhaus Severin*s Morsum Kliff are furnished in such a modern, cozy yet chic way, the beds are extremely comfortable and the view (directly at the ocean) is simply beautiful! I really did not want to leave this place! They have Classic, Boutique and Garden Rooms but all of them are equally beautiful. Find out more about them here.

The size of the Landhaus Severin*s: The hotel is super small with only 13 rooms, which creates a wonderful atmosphere of coziness and the perfect degree of privacy.

The location: The hotel is located right next to the ocean, not even 100 meters away from the water. I promise, getting up in the morning looking at the waves will simply blow your mind. Wherever you look, you will find beautiful nature, Heide, sand and waves – absolutely unique!

The friendly staff: They are the kindest people ever! The host Christina Hässler is such as sweetheart and her dog Heidi is an adorable little soul. Everyone at the hotel treated us super friendly, they were so cheerful, kind and always offering help.

The breakfast: The Landhaus Severin*s Morsum Kliff serves an amazing à la carte breakfast with everything you might crave: fresh crêpes, delicious and fresh orange juice, croissants, all kinds of veggies, eggs, fruit salad and whatever else you want.

Their love for details: Each and every corner is furnished so beautifully with an immense love for perfect details. Wherever you look, you will see how much effort they put in the look of this adorable place. I promise, you will feel at home immediately.
