Mornings are essential to me. I’ve always been a morning person. In the mornings I always used to learn more effectively, I word harder, I can concentrate so much better and sometimes I feel like I can even work my way through my whole weekly to do list within a day…. I’m kinda laughing at myself writing this. What does this have to do with some special minutes of Me-time that I always take for myself every morning as well as the new Preludio Intenso by Nescafé Dolce Gusto?

Guys, get prepared, for a short but very personal blogpost. But here are some things I kinda wanted to share with you… In the last two months a lot has changed in my life, basically since I have returned from the US. I really didn’t expect any of this but I could not be happier. Sometimes I catch myself staring into space, smiling and realizing how blessed I feel. Approximately one week after coming back home to Germany, I had an appointment with my real estate broker and honestly, I did not expect anything. I did not expect that I would madly fall in love with this apartment and with the most amazing view I have from two out of three rooms (that you cannot see in these pictures, but I swear it is just adorable). This apartment is just perfect. I could not feel more at home. Well.. I did not just fall in love with my apartment. And my new home is not the only change in my life, not the only thing I did not expect after coming back home to Germany. Everything happened so fast, I could hardly believe it. But I am happily taken. Might be another reason why I catch myself staring into space, smiling. xx, Anna

My last trip to Barcelona was way too long ago (I was sixteen back then) and when I finally returned to this city after almost 9 years, I realized how much I wished I had done that earlier. Coffee is life. And without it I would probably not be half as productive as I am with it. Basically I would miss it more than any other drink… Why? Because I do not only need my coffee in the morning. There’s much more to it. Recently I got the opportunity to test the Eclipse machine by Nescafé Dolce Gusto – something I was really excited about, because I had always loved this one for its futuristic design. What shall I say? I am more than happy with it, since this coffee brewer is not just stylish but also super easy to handle. Today I am sharing my personal coffee routine with you guys – as well as my favorite coffee capsules, that you really should not miss out on.
When I get up, I need my extra large Cappuccino to wake up, to get out of bed and to make my way into the office. When I am really tired and have been working late, I sometimes go for a Lungo or a Lungo Intenso by Nescafé Dolce Gusto, extra large as well of course. The same holds true for when I have to get up at 3 o’clock at night (since I always take the plane at 7 o’clock) – this is my really big dose of caffeine and it helps perfectly!

To all the girls out there, you’re far more a boss than you might know. For today’s post I teamed up with Lookabe, a German online shop with incredibly cute statement clothing. (There I also got my pink personalized bathrobe.) Talking about girl bosses, I would not only consider the self-employed ones but all strong women. Well… and with some tiny little tricks its even a little easier to be a boss.

Hi my loves, London fashion week has been wonderful and I realized I haven’t been sharing many posts about it yet, so I decided that I was time for a little ‚Follow Me Around‘ through London. We were staying at the Leman Locke Hotel close to Aldgate East Station. Basically the hotel was really close to all fashion week locations, so it was the perfect choice! This new hotel is such a cute place by the way! As you can see, there’s lots of pink and marble inside – I simply loved it! We also decided to do at least some touristy things, such as trying new breakfast spots, like the Palm Vaults in Hackney (411 Mare St) – and of course pretty Peggy Porschen, which is always a must (116 Ebury St) and strolling through Notting Hill, Mayfair or Kensington (seriously, I would love to live there!). As you might have seen on my Snapchat, one of the shows that we saw, namely On Off was pretty crazy and the Malone Souliers presentation was for sure my personal highlight. Unfortunately we missed out on Olivia Palermo, who came approximately half an hour after we had left. However, London Fashion Week was amazing! Can’t wait for the next one! Kisses from (currently) Milano! xx, Anna

For today’s post I teamed up with Lacoste, wearing the new beautiful Lacoste Valencia watch. As I told you some time ago, time management is one of my biggest issues in this job. It’s something I really struggle with from time to time. So let’s talk heart to heart: I do not have a regular daily work life and I truly miss it. When I travel, everything is fine. Getting up in the morning is the easiest thing ever, I literally jump out of bed, I have lots of motivarion to get work done and I love it. Well.. but there are also those days, where I’m only doing office stuff and bureaucracy. Of course you can’t have everything and tasks simply needs to be accomplished, so I had to figure out some time management strategies that help me deal with the situation in terms of finding motivation and getting things done. Here are my personal motivational tips that are highly effective to get myself going again!

Only two weeks left until my favorite day of the year. Seriously, I’m such a girl when it comes to my birthday. Every year I’m so incredibly excited for this day – and last year I spent it in America, which was also quite special and this year I decided to stay at home for my birthday weekend to celebrate with my friends and family. Having the best friends, family and this absolutely amazing home is more than I could ask for, so there’s not much on my wishlist right now. Basically there are just some really amazing destinations where I will travel in the next couple months (I’m so excited and I can’t wait to share everything with you). Well… for traveling I could really need new straw hat and for beaching I might need some yoga literature (I’m a little obsessed with yoga lately). Besides that I’m madly crushing on these uber beautiful Saint Laurent espadrilles…
