Visiting Kigali for work with a group of 30, we had a terrible experience. The rooms were shabby no value for money at all ; the doors to the balconies were unlocked and no keys to be found; and the restaurant had horrible service and a strange atmosphere a cellar with barely any light. We arrived on a Monday night, there was loud music in the night club which forms part of the hotel , and sitting in my room was like sitting INSIDE the night club.
The loud music went off at 11 p. The hotel was full of prostitutes, knocking the doors of my co-workers at night and disturbing some of them in the corridors, and in general making a lot of noise being drunk, fighting with each other, keeping many people awake.
When complaining to the hotel, they said that it is a hotel for Ugandans and Ugandans like this. We left immediately the next morning for a different hotel. Hello Ekeni, this hotel has now transformed, refurnished, changed ownership and under new management. We shall be grateful if you would came back and stayed at the this hotel during your next travel in this area, just to taste our service.

To all travellers, We got a little stuck at the immigrations in Rwanda and by the time we came to Kigali, the only option we had was SKY which in turn ruined our first and last days of the travel to Rwanda. I was served a "Burger" that was not ready and well prepared at all which in turn gave me a strong stomach ech for almost three days.
My partner was served "Super jet Blonese" which showed there was no care at all for what they were serving to us!!! I strongly agree with the review of "Brown" water from the taps which never becomes hot as said by the management and a lot other lies are made.
