Nescafé Dolce Gusto: My Preludio Intenso Me-time in the morning

Mornings are essential to me. I’ve always been a morning person. In the mornings I always used to learn more effectively, I word harder, I can concentrate so much better and sometimes I feel like I can even work my way through my whole weekly to do list within a day…. I’m kinda laughing at myself writing this. What does this have to do with some special minutes of Me-time that I always take for myself every morning as well as the new Preludio Intenso by Nescafé Dolce Gusto?

Well… let me start with my to do list for this week. My weekly list is always pretty packed, because I love to have a free weekend. By the way, here is what I have planned to achieve this week:

• painting bedroom walls
• booking flights for South France
• booking flights for Italy
• finding a hotel in Hamburg for September
• writing four blogposts
• answering my emails
• doing more Snapchat and InstaStories
• cleaning my whole apartment
• getting groceries
• bringing my car to the workshop
• going to the gym as soon as I feel better

But before I start to rush, work and hustle, I always want to have some minutes of Me-time, calming down, relaxing and not thinking about all the work, just recharching my batteries. I need my coffee minutes in the morning, when it’s just me sitting in my kitchen, sipping my coffee, always from the same huge A-mug by the way.

When I heard that Nescafé Dolce Gusto was planning to launch their new Preludio Intenso, I got pretty excited. One capsule of Preludio Intenso makes a perfect 300 ml Morning coffee, which is just ideal for me. The Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine (I have the Eclipse coffee maker in silver) has an XL function, that you only have to push to get the perfect amount… Literally, this is my cup of Me-time every morning. When I’m done drinking my coffee, I have to start working. So it’s my time to soak up all the energy that I need for the day and for working through my to do list.
